Get a Little Gold Guide Section Is Live!
Looking for the full Get a Little Gold Guide?
The Get a Little Gold official website now has a brand-new Guide section! You’ll find it in the top menu, right next to Blog.
Why I’m adding guides
Get a Little Gold (my long-form idle/incremental game) looks simple, but it’s deep, and it keeps revealing new mechanics the longer you play. Newcomers regularly show up on Discord asking the same basic questions. So I decided to write everything down in one place, for beginners who want to know more about the game.
I’ve just started working on the guide, so currently it has only a couple of articles. But I plan to update it regularly and eventually turn the Mega Guide into a comprehensive source of information about Get a Little Gold. Still, my main focus remains working on the game itself, so I think of the guide as a “side quest”.
What’s in the Guide section currently
- The Mega Guide. My complete guide to the game. It covers the essential mechanics, tips, tricks and strategies, and it also explains the philosophy behind the game.
- How to obtain the guaranteed special artifact fragment. My first standalone guide, with a video version. It shows exactly how to reach the guaranteed special artifact fragment during a seasonal event, step by step, so you don’t have to rely on luck.
What’s next
This is only the beginning. I’ll keep adding new guides over time, and the Guide section will list all of them.
Don’t want to miss the next seasonal event? Keep an eye on the Events Calendar.
